Weekly Fitness & Wellness Program

Working out and creating a fitness program can be tough and confusing.  There is so much different advice out there, so many different opinions and different ways to do it. That can be overwhelming and intimidating! I am here to simplify it for you.  I take your goals, your access to equipment, your environment, your stress levels, your activity levels and more into account to help you find a wellness and fitness program that fuels you instead of drains you.

I believe in approachability and making fitness and wellness fit into your routine. Yes, does that some times require new habits, Yes, does that sometimes require changing your routine but it should absolutely NOT be causing stress in your life. Your fitness program should work for you, not against you.

I also believe in variety. I think as humans we often only expose ourselves to one thing. This can be good from a learning perspective but it can leave our routines lacking from a resiliency and longevity perspective. Variety is the spice of life! (I’m corny hehe!) That’s why this programming includes everything from traditional strength training workouts, pilates workouts, yoga sequences, cardio programming, mobility, moyafsical work, flexibility programming, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and MORE! I truly take all my knowledge and experience to create something that is total unique and right for you!

This differs from my Physical Therapy Services. Each month together, we create a plan that you execute on your own. I will be creating videos, charts and specific meditations and programs for you and your whole body and mind.  

This service is a monthly service.  We start with a 50 minute introduction video call each month. After that you receive a 4 week program to fit your needs.  Each month, we check in, review the past program, make adjustments and celebrate YOU! This requires at least a 2 month commitment because let’s be real, real change takes time.
