Excited for ski season, but dreading the exhaustion?

Skiing is one of the most popular winter sports there is. It’s an incredible and thrilling way to enjoy nature with family and friends. Skiers around the world have decades of tradition and memories surrounding this age-old activity.

And yet, as a sport,  it is one of the most under-prepared for! Most people plan a week-long ski trip without giving any thought to preparing and training their body.

Too many times, this results in injury, extreme fatigue and exhaustion, and even sickness.

This is a missed opportunity for an epic ski trip!
